NAHA, OKINAWA PREF. – Two U.S. Marines stationed in Okinawa were arrested separately on drunken driving charges in the Okinawa Prefecture early Sunday morning, according to the Japan Times.
The Marines arrested were both stationed at Camp Foster.
Sgt. Orlando Pena, 26, was arrested on Route 330 in the city of Okinawa around 5:35am with an alcohol reading three times the legal limit.
Gunnery Sgt. Marco Julio Morales, 36 was arrested in the Chatan area around 12:45am. His alcohol reading was not provided by officials.
Both Marines have denied the charges.
