Marine veteran and professional Mixed Martial Arts trainer Tony Sentmanat has developed an absolutely insane workout. Leave it up to a Marine to push fitness to the limits. Some of the exercises he does:

-Heavy tires with 150 pound man.
-Muscle ups with 40 pound weighted vest.
-Core conditioning with a push-up variant, weight on his back, while another man kicks him in his chest.
