US Marines clad in their dress blues were caught on film as they provided assistance to an immigrant family trapped in flood waters.
The incident, which took place in Virginia, occurred after high-standing water stalled out the family’s car.
Rolling up in a recruitment-themed bus, the Marines stepped out in their dress uniforms and waded to the family.
“The Marines are going to help us?” the mother is heard asking. “We just got stuck.”
According to ARL Now, the occupants of the vehicle were ecstatic.
“Oh my God, this is the most American thing ever,” the driver said. “Thank you so much!”
The video quickly went viral on the woman’s TikTok.
