Video of thieves breaking into storage lockers is making waves in Akron, Ohio. They broke in and stole thousands of dollars worth of goods including two bags of memorabilia from Marine veteran Justin Kiefer.
He was storing his mementos from his time in service in a local storage complex and looked forward to one day sharing those memories with his kids. Justin served overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan as a tow gunner and brought back scarves and blankets, but also lost the gear he had collected as a Marine.
Over a dozen storage units were broken into and everything from tools, guns, and antiques worth thousands of dollars were taken from not only the Kiefer family, but dozens more.
The Kiefers just want their things back, those items in the sea bags that can’t be replaced. They hope whoever took the bags will drop them off at a church or station. Springfield Town police are looking for suspects currently.
