A retired Marine LtCol has pled guilty in a Virginia Beach child sex case.
Michael Popovich appeared in court on Tuesday morning, pleading guilty to two counts of utilizing electronic devices to meet minors for obscene material, according to WVEC.
Court documents showed that Popovich reached out to an undercover agent posing as a 13-year-old child online. He was arrested last November after several months of investigation.
He faces a minimum of 10-years in the case.
