Marines from Black Sea Rotational Force have been training shoulder-to-shoulder with soldiers from Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia during Exercise Platinum Lion 15. The exercise is in conjunction with stated DoD training goals, as per remarks by Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel, seen in the video.
