A Marine Corps veteran says his service dog was not allowed to accompany him aboard an American Airlines flight out of Los Angeles International Airport. Ironically, Axel was in LA to receive the Service Dog of the Year award.

  1. American Airlines owes more than an apology. They should reimburse that Marine for the first ticket and fly him home for free. And that flight home should be First Class.
