Officials have finally identified a suspect surrounding the fatal shooting of a Marine Corps veteran in January.

34-year-old Joshua Mascol was at a Cleveland hotel when 29-year-old Donald Nemeth tried to rob him, resulting in Mascol succumbing to gunshot wounds in the chest and stomach. He died in a hallway on the 7th floor of the hotel and was found dead when paramedics arrived.

According to Cleveland, the police obtained a warrant for the arrest of Nemeth on Tuesday, charging him with aggravated murder. He has yet to be taken into custody.

Police also released surveillance photos of two men who are considered persons of interests in the case and are still working to identify the second man.
