Members of the West Coast Drill Instructor Association gathered at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego and competed for the best cadence.

My Platoon Sargent in AIT would have beat all of these contestants. He sang the cadence similar to this winner, but his was much smoother and he had a better singing voice. He was a sadistic SOB, but he sure could sing that cadence.
