Northern CA:

Alpine Ski Resort – Offers active duty free lift tickets.

Bear Valley Ski Reports — $25/day for lift tickets and free on Sundays for active duty military and their dependents.

Boreal Ski Resort — (Tahoe area) Active duty ski for $15 on Fridays. Holiday restrictions include November 26, and December 31.

Diamond Peak Ski Resort — (Tahoe area) Active duty and retirees are eligible to receive a FREE Diamond Peak lift ticket (midweek, non-holiday) and a $39 lift ticket weekends and holidays by showing a Military ID at Guest Services. Dependants receive a $39 lift ticket, valid any day. ITT will receive discounted tickets in December and will offer ski school starting in January.

Donner Ski Ranch — Active duty and students with IDs receive a $15 lift ticket on Mondays and Fridays.  Discount not valid on holidays. Blackout dates apply November 22-23, December 22-January 4, February 18 and 22.

Heavenly Ski Resort — (Tahoe area) Active duty, reservists, and family members 13 & up ski for $62 and children 12 & under ski for $33.  Holiday restrictions will apply.  ITT will receive discounted tickets in December.

Homewood — (Tahoe area) Active duty ski for free any day of the week! Dependants also receive 50% off day lift tickets when accompanied by active duty military.

Kirkwood Mountain Resort — (Tahoe area) Active duty military only ski for $53.

Mount Shasta (near Oregon border) Active duty military lift tickets for $25. Valid seven days a week.

Mount Rose Ski Resort— (Tahoe area)  Active duty ski for $39 any day of the week. Blackout dates require paid lift passes. December 18- January 2 and February 19 & 20. ITT will receive discounted tickets in December.

Northstar at Tahoe — Active duty get military discounts. Holiday restrictions apply.

Sierra at Tahoe — Active duty ski free on Sundays. Holiday restrictions apply.

Squaw Valley Ski Resort — (Tahoe area) Active duty ski for free Sunday thru Friday. Saturday and some blackout dates require paid lift passes. December 24-January 2, January 15&16, February 19&20

Sugarbowl Ski Resort — (Tahoe area) Offers Active duty 50% discount off their rack rate ski lift ticket.  $71 non-holidays, $77 holidays.

Central CA

Badger Pass — (Yosemite area) Offers active duty a military discount

Dodge Ridge — (Pinecrest area) Offers active duty and family members a military discount. Adult lift tickets are $49, teens are $49, 5 and under are free

Mammoth Mountain Resort — (Mammoth Lakes) Active duty and dependents receive a 25% discount off lift tickets Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, but must show their military ID. A 50% discount is offered when purchased through the base. There are blackout dates around December holiday season and President’s weekend in February.

Ski China Lakes –Active duty receives $10 off lift tickets any day.

Southern CA

Bear Mountain Ski Resort –(Big Bear area) Discounted tickets at ITT for XX. Uniform days (active duty military) get a $38 lift ticket on January 5-6, February 2-3, March 9-10, and April 6-7. Bring your ID and get your ticket at the resort. Also, ski or ride free on your birthday.

Mountain High Ski Resort — Discounted tickets to active duty (and other uniforms). Discounted rate is $45 for an 8 hour ticket. Valid 7 days a week including holidays.

Snow Summit Ski Resort — (Big Bear area) Discounted tickets at ITT for XX.  Uniform days (active duty military) get a $38 lift ticket on January 5-6, February 2-3, March 9-10, and April 6-7. Bring your ID and get your ticket at the resort. Also, ski or ride free on your birthday.
