- 1st Marine Division Association
- 1st 8 inch Howitzer Battery, where they received orders in 1965 to disembark Camp Sukiran, Okinawa, and to report to DaNang, Vietnam. The battery spent time in An Hoa, moved north to the DMZ, then platooned out to all the firebases within Leatherneck Square. The battery also fired support from Khe Sahn and the Rockpile. 1st 8″ was ordered back to Okinawa in 1970 and was eventually deactivated. Also the 3rd 8 inch Howitzer Battery, part of 11th Marines, 1st Division.
