A man was electrocuted on train tracks in Harlem, New York in 1997 and was laid to rest in an unmarked grave. A new effort is underway to try to identify him from the tattoo on his arm. He is presumed to be a Marine and the reference is likely connected to a recon unit from Camp Pendleton.
