Donald NemethThe brother of former WWE wrestler Dolph Ziggler has been accused of murdering a Marine veteran during a drug deal gone bad in Ohio.

According to Cleveland, 29-year-old Donald Nemeth pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder, kidnapping, murder and felonious assault charges in the death of Marine veteran Joshua Mascol.

Nemeth -and another man police have yet to capture- met Mascol in late January at a hotel in order to complete a drug deal.

During the encounter, Nemeth attempted to rob Mascol, which resulted in Nemeth drawing a pistol and shooting the Marine veteran three times. He was then left to die in a seventh-floor hallway, where paramedics later pronounced him dead.

Donald Nemeth is currently being held on a $1 million bond and police are still working to identify the second suspect.
