Utilities
Remember that utilities in the desert are spendy. It is not uncommon to have a $300 electric bill in the summer. A swamp cooler is not air conditioning. Swamp coolers are cheaper to run because they emit small particles of water into the air to cool it down. This type of system typically fails June thru August because it is over 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

There’s an electronic Welcome Aboard Packet.
