Outsourced to Tri-Command Communities and has brand spankin’ new housing and playgrounds. The housing has access to the deep seas off Georgia. Some houses have water or marsh views. Check the waiting list, and floor plans. Of course living on base always has its own set of problems, which are consistent with every other base in the Marine Corps.
Wake Village: E1-E5. Attached homes with one car garages, screened in porches, and fenced backyards. Has a community center with wireless internet, fitness center and swimming pool. Boyington Model offering 3 bedroom 2.5 baths.
Weapons Sounds: E6-E8. Attached homes close to the soccer fields and volleyball courts. Henderson Model offering 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths.
Marsh Landing: O4-O5. Two car garages, pergo floors and screened in porches. Lampard Model offering 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths.

Hospital Point: O1-O3. Located between Port Royal and downtown Beaufort. Also known as Naval Hospital.
