After shopping around for a bit, we settled on the EGA Black and Gold Throw Blanket. It’s the classic Eagle, Gold and Anchor emblem of the United States Marine Corps on a black, fleece throw blanket. Perfect for the couch.
So we ordered and were pleasantly surprised when it arrived. There’s good contrast in the colors, the image is clear, and the US Marine blanket is really soft. It’s printed in the U.S. too, which is nice to see.
It was also nice to see the size was as expected, at 60”x50”. Of course, as anyone with pets knows, as soon as a new item enters the house, it immediately belongs to them, or is at least due for an inspection. It was no different with the EGA throw blanket. It looks like this one might not be a marine gift after all…
